Incident history — what happened and what we did about it

The status page shows the current state. This one shows how we respond when something goes wrong — a completely different piece of information. We publish only events that actually happened.

We have not recorded an incident that qualifies for publication yet

That means exactly this: since this page went live, no event has met the threshold described below. It does not mean nothing ever broke — small faults fixed within minutes go into the changelog, not here.

What we publish as an incident

— a bot outage longer than five minutes
— panel or API unavailability that members could feel
— a bug that stopped a protection module from acting when it should have
— an event concerning data security

Every entry carries the timeline of the event, its cause and what we changed so it does not happen again. The last part matters most — without it the entry is just an apology.
