Data processing agreements are arranged individually

We do not publish a downloadable template. A document that looks like an agreement but does not identify the parties or approved subprocessors could mislead administrators relying on it for compliance. Contact our legal address to agree on the terms for your server. The processing activities covered by such an agreement are described below.

If you need a data processing agreement now

Write to legal@venon-sec.xyz and describe the scope you need. We handle requests individually until a template is published. The absence of a standard document does not prevent us from arranging an agreement.

Processing activities covered by the agreement

The following points describe what the bot actually does with data. They are not contractual provisions and create no obligations. They use the same sources as the Trust Center and provide context for the discussion.

Subject matter: Data of Discord server members processed to operate the security, moderation and community features enabled by the server administrator.
Nature and purpose: Automated processing carried out on the server administrator’s instructions through module configuration. The administrator determines the purpose by enabling or disabling individual features.
Duration: For as long as the bot remains on the server. After its removal, data follows the deletion procedure described in the Trust Center.
Categories of data subjects: Members of the server on which the bot is installed, to the extent that they use the configured features.
Categories of data: Discord identifiers, moderation event content, activity metadata and server configuration. The Trust Center lists these categories in full, along with their legal bases and retention periods.
Subprocessors: The list of processors and their locations is published in the Trust Center and updated whenever it changes.

What remains before publication

— the service provider’s name, legal form and address;
— a clear allocation of roles: when the provider is a controller and when it is a processor;
— legal review of the template, particularly for cross-server data flows through MSIoU.
